​​​​​​​In this section, bibliographic information of Persian and English books and books in other languages are prepared. Then, data entry process is done by the staff and they use storage and retrieval procedures to do their best to increase precision and recall in the system.  At first, each information object is checked with the database of the existing information objects of the library, and data entry process in the system is dependent on the availability of the relevant records or originality of that information object. In this case, original description and production of detailed information about objects is necessary.
