Guide to connecting to English language databases, out of campus via VPN:

Download and install a VPN via the following link: https://ictc.sbu.ac.ir/vpn
After clicking and connecting via VPN, enter your Beheshti ID and password and then connect to banks. (Access is possible through all available browsers).
