Central Library

The Children and Adolescent Library of Shahid Beheshti University, located on the first floor of the central library building, started to offer children services in October 2016. This library is the first specialized library for children and adolescents in a university environment that aims to serve the children of faculty members, staff and university students. Also, it offers information services to the kindergarten located at the university. This section is a reference place for children literature department for Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences. It provides comprehensive resources needed for researches in the field of children literature. There are several types of resources such as printed and electronic books available for university students, children, adolescents, and parents.  Children's library collection has more than 3,000 titles of best selective Persian and foreign books.
 
Also, this section aims to create interaction among students and faculty members to produce content for children and adolescents, to hold workshops, meetings, book reviews and student courses in the field of children and adolescents.
