National System for Submission of Proposals and Dissertations / Plagiarism Detection (IranDoc)
After defending their thesis/dissertation, all Master and PhD graduates should go to IranDoc's online homepage and submit their dissertations in sabt.irandoc.ac.ir. They should input their information into the system and burn their submission certificate file and full text of their dissertations to a CD and then, they should deliver the CD to the experts of dissertation section in the central library and documentation center.

Final checkout is dependent on the delivery of the mentioned CD.
Considering the regulations of Shahid Beheshti University for submission of "proposals", "master dissertations and Ph.D. theses” in IranDoc database, to protect the rights of authors and prevent plagiarism, it is necessary for postgraduate students to submit their approved final "Proposal" in the mentioned database (https://sabt.irandoc.ac.ir/). After graduation, students should submit full text copy of their dissertations in the mentioned system and upload the output certificate of it in the Golestan educational system.
Plagiarism detection system (tik.irandoc.ac.ir) approval certification is obligatory to M. A. students only for their proposals (and not full text dissertations). But PhD students should deliver plagiarism detection system approval for both their proposals and full text dissertations.

Since foreign students do not have a national code, advisors are responsible for submission of their proposals and dissertations in sabt.irandoc.ac.ir and tik.irandoc.ac.ir.

After this stage, in accordance with the guides below, postgraduate students should submit their proposal and dissertation in the national system of proposal and dissertation submission and enter submission code in the Golestan system.
