The activities of the book order section are as follows:
 
  • Evaluation of information needs, book selection and ordering, purchasing processes and data entry of Persian and English books;
  • Preparation of financial documents related to the purchased resources;
  • Matters relating to donated books of persons and institutions;
  • Users' guidance on how to access resources (users can send specifications of their requested resource to the experts of this section.)
  • Information about library updates.

In 2003, Dr. Behroon devoted all his movable and immovable property, including his personal library and other non-book resources, to Shahid Beheshti University.

2 Ahmad Birashk 2010 The late Dr. Birashk devoted his books to the Central Library and Documentation Center of Shahid Beheshti University in 2010. His collection of donated books is kept in the Endowment Center of the Central Library,  Documentation Center and Museum.

5 Hossein Kariman 1994 One of the great contributions of the late Professor Kariman was donation of his huge and blessed library, which was dedicated to the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences of Shahid Beheshti University.  
Dr. Kariman was one of the pillars of the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences and the Department of Persian Language for many years and contributed significantly to the advancement of the courses of Persian language and literature, especially after 1979 revolution.

6  Soraya Birashk 2019 She was a member of technical committee of high council of urban planning and architecture from 1975 to 1986, and member of the Supreme Council for Supervision of Tehran's Expansion from 1975 to 1978.
She donated a large number of maps to the Central Library, Documentation Center and Museum of Shahid Beheshti University.
