Reference Section

The reference section of the central library and document center consists of two separate sections including Persian reference section and non-Persian reference section. Sources of these sections include dictionaries, encyclopedias, maps, statistical reports (population and housing, census and yearbooks) and dictionaries.
this section is available for all students of Shahid Beheshti University at all levels of education as well as users of other institutions that offer an introductory letter signed by institutional authorities. in this section, the resources can not be borrowed and users can use resources in the environment of this section. Also, copying of resources in limited number of pages is possible.

The central library system is open shelf and users can have access to resources by going between shelfs and browsing books physically or searching the library software system and finding their sources, or asking librarians in the reference section for help for retrieving resources. Another task of this section is to provide the educational texts, videos or multimedia for users.
The reference section is ready to respond to users from Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 15:00 PM.
